Temp control nice. Chirping smoke alarm was a hindrance thru the night from 2 am on. Big safety issue. Dear tamiw, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We apologize for the challenges you experienced navigating the property and with the noise disturbance through the night. While we appreciate you bringing the smoke alarm to our attention, we encourage our guests to report safety issues as they happen, so we may resolve them as quickly as possible. Please know that we have replaced the smoke alarm to avoid further inconvenience to any of our guests.

Had a couple issues with checkin but staff worked hard and upgraded us to an even better room. Would highly recommend if in the Scottsdale area. Food and drinks were great. Dirty sheets, poor service, no drinking water at the pools, and lack of staff. This combination created a very disappointing stay that left much to be desired. Prior to trying to benchmark yourself make sure you are on the same level or you will end up embarrassing yourself as you did.

I must say for just about all of visit went well, with just a few small tarnished spots. First rough spot was the sand beach pool deck chairs on the beach,last year the chairs were able to reserve and rent for the day,that is no longer the case, chair hogs that come to the pool area and place towels at a multitude of lounge chairs at am and don't return until well after or later after breakfast sitting at one their poached spots then later on to the next, never abandoning their previous spot.
This in my opinion is something a five star resort should have a handle on by having some sort of monitoring,Not pool police just a awareness. When we found a spot we settled in for a great day ,both day,s our pool server the first day was great although I forgot her name she aaas in the section on the east side of the pool half way down. Our Room was great the front desk agent Ryan took great care of my wife and I knowing we celebrating her birthday.
