Also, makes it difficult to trust service techs when they automatically pull my air filter because the mileage recommends it be replaced and I know I just changed it somewhere else on last oil change, but rather than ask, "hey, this looks pretty darn clean did you replace it recently, tech proceeds to show me the filter next to a new one and stands there with the expectation that I am going to say yes, please replace my air filter that has less than 5k miles on it and we both know looks almost new.
